Cut the diagonals for the second half of the ribs.  Measured, counted,  and cut the quarter round gussets.

Put the inlays in the seat backs and put the clear coat on everything.

Sanded, drilled holes through the gusset plates, and stained the wood

Made gussets and glued up the seat backs.

16 ft work bench

Spent hours leveling and squaring up the work bench.  Put the cross members in connecting the legs trying to square up the top.

Glued and sanded the other elevator.

Fit and glued one elevator.

Finished another rib. Glued the elevators and started fitting the gussets in place

Cut trim,  router, drill, stain, polyurethane,  inlays, and started to weave the cane.

Elevators 6hrs

Ran the beams through the router. Made all the gussets and test fit everything together.  Sanded test fit  and sanded.

Stab and elevators 7hrs

Glued the right hand gussets on the stab. Cut and fit the cap strips on the horizontal stabilizer. Built a jig for the elevators and framed them up.
