Elevators 6hrs

Ran the beams through the router. Made all the gussets and test fit everything together.  Sanded test fit  and sanded.

Stab and elevators 7hrs

Glued the right hand gussets on the stab. Cut and fit the cap strips on the horizontal stabilizer. Built a jig for the elevators and framed them up.

Horizontal stabilizer 3hrs

Made the rectangle gussets.  Sanded and test fit everything.  Glued and clamped some of them on.

Horizontal stabilizer 3hrs

Soaked and bent some capstrips.  Sanded and fit the beams for the stab.  Then glued it all in place.

Ribs 2hrs

Nine. Did a couple glue tests as well.

Cut out more gussets and started a new rib.

#7 and a little test of the glue mix. Wood ripped apart and the glue held in place

Ribs horizontal stabilizer 4hrs

Made a rib, and sanded another one up read for glue. Then routed the end beams for the stab.

Made four gussets

Made all the rectangle gussets.  Built 2 ribs and assembled a third. Ran the leading edge piece through the router

Cut and fit my first rib in the adjusted jig. Made a small Block to sand the joints between the wing nuts and hard to reach areas to ensure a level surface for the gussets. Still trying to figure out how to hold the gussets in place with weights clamps etc. If I don't nail them

Stabilizer 4hrs

Checked the spacing on the ribs for the spar. Had to redo all the curved top half and space them out 1/16". Then setup the router table and cut the main beams.

Stabilizer 3hrs

Cut pieces for the stabilizer.  Drilled out larger holes in the rib jig.  Made more blocks for the horizontal stabilizer jig.
