Fit tubing 6hrs

Bent the lower longeron, cut and fit all the diagonals for the second fuselage side. This has a reworked lower longeron that incorporates a fishmouth scarf stepdown. I will be matching the other side to this one.

Fit tubing 6hrs

Made bends in lower longerons and fit all the lower diagonals. Started the second half.

Fit tubing 3hrs

Cut and ground fishmouths on the  lower diagonals up to the landing gear area. Still have to figure out the placement and transition from 7/8"- 3/4" tubing. It has an angle and changes tubing diameter.

Fit tubing 4hrs

Mounted the vise to the table. Clamped the top longeron, and cut diagonals. Started to cut the fishmouths and fit them to the top.

Steel tubing!!!

Tubing came in today.

Welded a few more joints togethwr and then decided to cut them in half to see what it looks like.
